Available Positions (Multiple Roles)

We are seeking energetic, customer-oriented, and service-focused individuals for multiple roles at a well-established entertainment center in Dalma Mall, Abu Dhabi.

Note: Arabic speakers are preferred for Receptionist / Cashier roles.


Position 1: Waiter / Barista

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Service: Provide high-quality food and beverage assistance to guests, ensuring a memorable experience.
  • Beverage Preparation (Barista): Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages including espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty beverages.
  • Table Service (Waiter): Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their visit.
  • Order Management: Maintain accuracy in order taking and communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff.
  • Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized work area, including dining tables, counters, and equipment.
  • Guest Engagement: Interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner and address inquiries promptly.

Position 2: Receptionist / Cashier

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Coordination: Welcome guests, manage registrations, and provide information about the entertainment center’s offerings.
  • Cash Handling: Process guest transactions accurately using POS systems. Handle cash, cards, and other payment methods.
  • Transaction Integrity: Ensure 100% data integrity in POS transactions, guest registration logs, and daily reconciliation.
  • Ticketing: Sell entry tickets, game cards, or package deals to guests.
  • Guest Inquiries: Answer questions about pricing, promotions, and center policies with a positive attitude.
  • Arabic Language: Arabic speakers are preferred to serve the diverse guest base effectively.

Shared Responsibilities (All Roles)

  • Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional guest service that meets management and service quality targets.
  • Team Collaboration: Liaise with the human resources department, shift leads, and team members to maintain a professional work environment.
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Manage customer interactions efficiently during peak hours while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Technology Utilization: Use digital information technology tools and POS systems to optimize transaction speed and operational reporting.
  • Cleanliness & Safety: Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests.
  • Shift Flexibility: Be available for flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Requirements

To be considered for these positions, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Essential Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification: A Diploma, Degree, or professional Certificate in Hospitality, Customer Service, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience in customer service, hospitality, F&B, or retail roles within the UAE is preferred.
  • UAE Experience: Familiarity with UAE customer service standards and guest expectations.
  • POS Knowledge: Basic understanding of POS systems and transaction handling (for cashier/receptionist roles).
  • Beverage Knowledge (Barista): Understanding of coffee preparation, espresso machines, and beverage recipes.
  • Communication: Excellent English communication skills. Arabic is preferred for Receptionist/Cashier roles.
  • Soft Skills: Positive attitude, flexibility for shift work, performance-oriented mindset, teamwork, and strong organizational skills.
