Position Title: A/C Technician (HVAC Systems)
We are currently seeking skilled, experienced, and reliable A/C Technicians to join a reputed technical team in Dubai.
This role is ideal for HVAC professionals who understand the importance of proper installation, regular maintenance, and fast fault diagnosis. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning systems, diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults, and performing troubleshooting in a fast-paced service environment.

Key Responsibilities
As an A/C Technician, your daily responsibilities will include:
1. Installation of Air Conditioning Systems
You will install new air conditioning units, including split units, window ACs, central air systems, and ductwork. You will ensure that every installation meets manufacturer specifications and company quality standards.
2. Preventive and Routine Maintenance
You will perform scheduled preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, including cleaning filters, checking refrigerant levels, inspecting electrical connections, and lubricating moving parts.
3. Fault Diagnosis and Troubleshooting
You will diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in air conditioning systems. Using your technical knowledge and diagnostic tools, you will identify the root cause of issues and implement effective repairs.
4. Repair and Component Replacement
You will repair or replace faulty components such as compressors, fan motors, capacitors, thermostats, and refrigerant lines. You will ensure that all repairs are completed safely and efficiently.
5. Maintaining Service Records
You will maintain accurate service logs, inspection reports, and preventive maintenance records. Your documentation will support operational integrity and help track system performance over time.
6. Safety Compliance
You will follow all safety protocols and company guidelines while working on site. This includes proper handling of refrigerants, electrical safety, and use of personal protective equipment.
Requirements
To be considered for this A/C Technician position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Essential Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: A Diploma or Certificate in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field is required.
- Certification: A professional AC Technician certificate is preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience working as an A/C or HVAC Technician. UAE experience is highly valued.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of air conditioning systems, refrigeration cycles, electrical circuits, and mechanical components.
- Diagnostic Skills: Ability to use diagnostic tools such as manifold gauges, multimeters, and leak detectors.
