🔹 Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join a dynamic QSR business in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience managing accounting operations across multiple outlets.
The selected candidate will play a key role in handling financial reporting, monitoring daily sales data, controlling costs, and ensuring accurate stock reconciliation. You will also support management with financial insights to improve overall business performance.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Oversee accounting activities across 20+ outlets, ensuring smooth financial operations and reporting accuracy
- Review and analyze financial data, including daily sales, revenue, and expense reports
- Perform regular reconciliation of POS data, bank transactions, and revenue records
- Monitor inventory movements and conduct stock reconciliations to minimize discrepancies
- Work closely with operations and HR teams to prepare budgets and implement cost-saving strategies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standard accounting procedures across all outlets
- Maintain accurate financial records using accounting systems and digital tools
- Generate detailed reports to support management decision-making
🔹 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Proven experience managing accounting operations for multiple outlets (preferably 20+ locations)
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control within the F&B or QSR sector
- Hands-on experience with POS systems, inventory tracking tools, and reconciliation processes
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume and fast-paced environment
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams
- Candidates must be based in the UAE or willing to relocate
