Job Description
The Quantity Surveyor will manage project costs, prepare quantity take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQs), review technical engineering documentation, and maintain cost control during execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs)
- Monitor project expenditure and ensure effective cost control across manufacturing processes
- Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, and project contract documents
- Evaluate project requirements and deliver precise cost assessments
- Coordinate with project teams to maintain cost efficiency and contractual compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management
- Minimum 5 years of UAE or GCC quantity surveying experience
- Solid experience within the manufacturing or construction sector is essential
- Strong expertise in quantity take-offs, cost control, BOQs, and drawing reviews
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and professional communication skills
