Provident Estate is looking for a skilled Accountant to join its Finance Department in Dubai to oversee accounts payable and brokerage financial reconciliations.
Job Description
The Accountant will handle vendor and agent payments, broker commission structures, UAE VAT compliance, and payment reconciliations in a fast-paced real estate brokerage environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete accounts payable process from invoice verification to payment execution
- Process payments accurately for vendors, brokers, suppliers, and agents
- Maintain compliance with UAE VAT regulations and company financial policies
- Reconcile financial records and coordinate with sales, brokerage, and finance teams
- Support financial reporting using ERP software (SAP, Oracle, Tally) and Advanced Excel
Requirements
- Professional accounting credential (CA or ACCA)
- Previous experience working in a real estate brokerage is mandatory
- Strong understanding of agent payouts, commission structures, and UAE VAT compliance
- Proficiency in ERP software and Advanced Microsoft Excel
- Must be immediately available to join
