Job Description
The Infrastructure Technical Manager will lead enterprise hybrid infrastructure, data center operations, VMware virtualization, HCI platforms, and ITIL technical governance in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct end-to-end infrastructure operations across enterprise data centers and HCI platforms
- Oversee VMware ecosystems, server architecture, enterprise storage, and backup systems
- Manage network architecture, Windows/Linux environments, Active Directory, and email systems
- Execute disaster recovery (DR) drills, business continuity plans, and capacity optimization
- Lead multi-tier 24×7 technical teams while maintaining ITIL SLAs and SLA governance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 20+ years of total IT infrastructure experience, including 5–7 years in senior technical leadership
- Deep hands-on architecture background in VMware, HCI, storage, backup, and enterprise networks
- Proven mastery of ITIL service delivery framework, major incident root cause analysis, and SLAs
- Executive communication, vendor management, and technical governance capabilities
- Prior GCC or UAE enterprise IT infrastructure experience is strongly preferred
