Job Description
The Sales Personnel will deliver luxury retail experiences, assist clients with custom packaging orders, manage cash registers, and uphold high brand standards in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, high-touch sales service to discerning luxury clientele
- Process customer orders, cash register transactions, and digital payments accurately
- Coordinate with culinary and production teams regarding customized client orders
- Assist clients with luxury gift packaging selection and tailored product requests
- Maintain a flawless, pristine visual merchandising presentation across the boutique floor
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Sales, Hospitality, or Business Administration
- 1 to 2 years of sales experience in high-end retail, luxury F&B, or luxury hospitality
- Highly presentable, elegant, well-groomed appearance with strong interpersonal finesse
- Fluent in English; multilingual candidates (Russian or French speakers) are highly valued
- Sincere passion for luxury brand representation and customer relationship building
- Attention to detail and experience with point-of-sale checkout systems
