Role Overview
As a Sales Specialist, your main goal will be to drive sales of heavy machinery and expand the company’s presence in the UAE market.
This role requires a mix of technical understanding and sales expertise. You will be interacting with clients, understanding their requirements, and recommending the right equipment solutions. From lead generation to closing deals, you will play a key role in the entire sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation
- Conduct product demonstrations and site visits
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and delivery
- Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities using CRM tools
Your ability to understand client needs and offer the right solutions will directly impact business growth.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, candidates should have:
- Bachelor’s degree (Engineering background preferred)
- Proven experience in heavy machinery, equipment rental, or automotive sales
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes
- Experience in client handling, negotiations, and deal closing
- Knowledge of UAE market dynamics is a plus
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
Candidates with technical knowledge of machinery will have a clear advantage.
