Job Overview
We are hiring Junior Operations Coordinators to support daily delivery operations. The role involves coordinating with drivers, handling client communication, and ensuring smooth workflow across deliveries.

- Arabic-speaking Coordinator – Client communication and local coordination
- Hindi/Urdu-speaking Coordinator – Driver coordination and fleet support
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily delivery operations and track progress
- Communicate with drivers and clients to ensure timely deliveries
- Handle day-to-day operational issues and provide quick solutions
- Maintain delivery records and update status reports
- Support internal teams with basic admin and coordination tasks
- Use systems/tools to monitor and report operational performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or relevant certification
- Experience in logistics or delivery operations is a plus
- Good communication skills in English + Arabic or Hindi/Urdu
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
- Must be currently based in UAE and ready to join immediately
