Job Overview
We are looking for a Junior Accountant with hands-on experience in retail or supermarket accounting. The role involves handling daily accounting work, billing, and supporting financial reporting activities.
This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented and comfortable managing high-volume transactions in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily accounting entries and maintain accurate financial records
- Manage invoicing, billing, and payment processing for retail transactions
- Perform bank and account reconciliations regularly
- Assist in preparing financial reports and summaries
- Maintain proper documentation using accounting tools and MS Excel
- Coordinate with finance team for smooth day-to-day operations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Must have experience in retail or supermarket accounting
- Good understanding of invoicing, reconciliation, and daily accounting tasks
- Working knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Candidates with relevant home-country experience can also be considered
