Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor who can handle project costing, BOQ preparation, and contract-related activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing budgets and ensuring cost efficiency across construction or landscaping projects.
This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, understands project costing deeply, and can work closely with site and management teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and manage overall project budgets
- Develop and review BOQs for construction and landscaping projects
- Monitor project expenses and ensure cost control throughout execution
- Handle contract documentation, variations, and compliance requirements
- Coordinate with project teams to maintain accuracy in financial data
- Use tools like AutoCAD and other QS software for reporting and planning
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 4–8 years of relevant experience (UAE experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of cost estimation, BOQs, and contract management
- Experience with AutoCAD and QS-related tools
- Good analytical and organizational skills
- UAE driving license (preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a project-driven environment
