Ingredients to make banana bread:-
- ripe banana(4-5)
- powder sugar( you can make it at home too)
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
- dry fruits( raisins or cranberries)
- 1/3 cup of melted butter
Preparations:
- Mix ripe banana with the help of fork in a bowl.
- After that, mix melted butter in it.
- Mix in the remaining ingredients like all purpose flour , baking soda & a pinch of salt to it.
- Add powered sugar, vanilla extract & some dry fruits like raisins or cranberries.
- After that grease a loaf pan with butter & add the mixture to it.
- Preheat the oven & bake it for 55- 65 minutes.
- Take it out from the oven & when it cools down, cut it with the help of knife.
