A mouth-watering, spicy, & flavorful spices combination. Egg which is a wonderful source of protein. But when you make it with spices, tangy tomatoes & garnish it with coriander leaves & you will experience a burst of those amazing flavors!
Ingredients :
- 6 Boiled Eggs
- 1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
- Salt (as per your taste)
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- Red chilli powder
- Coriander leaves (for garnishing)
- Onions
- Mustard oil
- 4-5 tomatoes
- Grounded Spices(bay leaves, cardamom, badi elaichi)
Steps to prepared Egg Curry :-
- Using a fork, poke boiled eggs at different places for the masala to penetrate through holes.
- Take a kadahi , add mustard oil in it & heat it. Put boiled eggs & fry it till a golden coat are visible. Take it aside.
- Now add chopped onion, ginger-garlic paste, grounded spices(bay leaves, badi elaichi & green elaichi) & sauté it till the raw smell goes away in the same left over mustard oil.
- Add tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chilli powder & salt together to make a gravy. Cover the lid & wait for till tomatoes become soft..
- Now add water to make a consistent gravy & wait for 4-5 boils in it.
- Add fried eggs & garnish it with coriander
Serve hot with rice !!
