Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Service Manager to lead Workshop, Bodyshop, and front-end operations in Abu Dhabi.
This role is ideal for someone who can manage large teams, improve operational efficiency, and deliver high customer satisfaction while driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee Workshop, Bodyshop, and reception operations
- Ensure smooth aftersales processes and high customer satisfaction (CSI)
- Manage team performance, KPIs, and productivity
- Handle budgeting, cost control, and overall P&L performance
- Resolve complex customer issues and escalations
- Implement process improvements using DMS and operational tools
Requirements
- Engineering degree or relevant technical qualification
- Minimum 5+ years experience as Service Manager in GCC
- Experience with automotive dealerships (American/European brands preferred)
- Strong knowledge of workshop and bodyshop operations
- Experience with DMS systems and KPI-driven management
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
