Job Overview
We are hiring a Senior Software / IT Support Executive who can handle day-to-day IT operations, provide system support, and manage network-related tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with ERP systems, troubleshooting, and network security.
This role is suitable for someone who enjoys solving technical issues, working with clients, and maintaining smooth IT operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for ERP systems and ensure smooth functionality
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage and monitor network security, including firewall configurations (Fortinet)
- Assist internal teams and clients with technical queries and system usage
- Deliver basic training and remote support when required
- Monitor system performance and ensure timely issue resolution
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT support or similar role
- Good knowledge of ERP systems and network infrastructure
- Experience working with Fortinet firewall is a plus
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred/required)
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
