Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented ITSM Data Analyst to support our IT operations through data-driven insights. The role involves analyzing service management data, building dashboards, and improving IT service performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze IT service management (ITSM) data to identify trends and insights
- Build and maintain dashboards using Power BI or Tableau
- Track key metrics like SLA, MTTR, and service performance
- Provide insights to improve incident, problem, and change management processes
- Extract and validate data from ServiceNow and other systems
- Work closely with IT teams to support data-driven decision making
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Data Analytics
- Minimum 3 years of experience in ITSM/data analytics
- Strong experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
- Knowledge of ServiceNow and ITIL processes
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to present data insights clearly
